Cream Cheese Tarts



Mix:
24 oz. cream cheese
1/2 to ¾ c. sugar
2 T. flour (or arrowroot if you want gluten free)
3 eggs
2 T. milk
1 t. vanilla

Vanilla Wafers or  Graham Crackers (or leave these out...still good) broken into 1/4 squares in cupcake liners. 
Topping of choice or nothing at all--raspberry/blackberry/strawberry/cherry jams—or pie fillings
even chocolate syrup?
Recipe makes about 30 tarts…

Bake at 350* for 15-16 minutes
